What the form saves
When you submit, we save your contact details, company, project description, storyboard, mood, voice and music preferences, chosen delivery format, film length, asset links, notes and uploaded files. If you use a referral code, we save the code, partner attribution, discount and final quoted amount. We also save the submission time, fixed package price and a unique brief reference. A one-way daily network hash helps limit automated submissions; raw network addresses are not stored in the project records.
Why we save it
We use this information to review your request, contact you about missing details, send your payment link and deliver your project. Submitted assets are not made publicly accessible through this website. Vercel hosts the website and stores briefs and uploads in private Blob storage. Access to project records and payment tracking is restricted to the studio. After a successful submission, Resend sends a summary notification to the studio owner with the brief reference, film format, quoted amount and referral partner; contact details, storyboard text and assets are not included in that alert.
What happens in your browser
Unsubmitted form details stay in this page’s memory and are lost if you reload or close it. Video files are loaded when you open a film. Hosting access controls may use essential authentication cookies. Your optional analytics choice is remembered in this browser’s local storage for 180 days.
Optional analytics
Google Analytics loads only after you choose Allow analytics. It measures visits to public pages and successful brief submissions, including the chosen film length and delivery frame rate. The website does not send contact details, company names, storyboard text, asset links, referral codes, order references or payment records to Analytics. Page query strings, URL fragments and full referrer addresses are excluded; only the referring website’s origin is used for traffic attribution. Google processes measurement and device information and may set analytics cookies after you agree. Advertising storage, advertising personalization and Google signals are disabled. Choose No thanks to continue without Analytics. Reopen Analytics choices on any public page to change your choice; declining disables further collection and removes this site’s Analytics cookies. The private Studio and API are excluded. See Google’s privacy information at https://policies.google.com/privacy for its handling of data.
Your choices
You can send shared-folder links instead of uploading files. Please avoid including unnecessary sensitive information. To request a correction or deletion, reply to your project email with your brief reference. If you have not yet received an email, use the brief form with “Data request” as the project description and the matching email address; no payment is required to submit a request.
Payment information
We do not ask for or store card details in this form. A payment provider handles payment separately through the link we send after reviewing your brief. We manually record payment status, amount received and a payment reference; we do not store card numbers or bank credentials. Review that provider’s privacy information before paying.
Keeping information
We keep project information for handling your inquiry, delivering agreed work and meeting applicable record-keeping needs. We review requests to remove project assets and personal information, subject to those needs.
